Established in 2013 AWOO Foundation is a registered charitable trust that supports deserving students from economically weaker sections of society. The scholarship is offered at both, the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, for professional and livelihood-focused courses.

Eligibility

• Open for students enrolled in Diploma, Under-Graduation and Post-Graduation programmes.
• All applicants must have passed Class 12 
• Annual family income of the applicant should be less than/equal to INR 6,00,000 (6 Lakhs).

• Click on ‘Apply Now’ link above
• Login to Buddy4Study using registered login process to access the ‘Application form’
  • If not registered on Buddy4Study - Sign up at Buddy4Study with Email/Facebook/Gmail account
• Select the option of scholarship programme you wish to apply for and click on ‘continue’ button
• Fill the scholarship application form
• Upload the required documents with the application
• Click on ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process

Note: Once the applicant has applied for a scholarship of a particular program, that program cannot be changed.

• Photo identity proof (eg. Driving licence, Adhar Card, PAN Card)
• Family Income proof (eg. Income Certificate, ITR, FORM 16)
• Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
• Mark sheets of all your previous years/semesters incase you are applying for either 1st, 2nd 3rd of 4th year of a Graduate course, or your Graduation mark sheet incase you are applying for a Post Graduate course
• Latest College Admission Letter/ Fee Receipt/ Student ID Proof/ Bonafide Certificate
• Institute estimate of expenses for the year 2019-20/Fee Structure
• Total course fee receipts for 2019-20

What is the selection process for AWOO Foundation Scholarship?

The selection of scholars for AWOO Foundation Scholarship involves a multi-stage process. The scholars will be selected after the assessment of merit and financial needs of the applicants. The key steps of the selection process are mentioned below:

How will the selected scholars receive their scholarship award?

Scholarship as approved by AWOO Foundation will be provided to scholars as direct benefit transfer to the registered bank accounts of respective applicants only.

What is the renewal criteria for AWOO Foundation scholarship? How will a scholar receive scholarship benefits for the subsequent years?

AWOO Foundation will renew the scholarship benefits provided to selected scholars on the basis of following criteria:

Instructions to fill the Fresh Scholarship Application Form

Guidelines for filling up the Fresh Scholarship Application form are given below:

1. Please ensure that all relevant details are filled correctly in the application form. Incomplete application forms will not be accepted.
2. The fresh application form has the following sections: 
   • Personal Details- Information about the Student (who is applying for the scholarship) and the Parent needs to be filled in this section.
   • Education Details- Information about the proposed course has to be filled in this section. Details of the Student's qualification, Institute studied in & Grades have to be provided here. 
   • Family Members- Details about your family needs to be filled correctly.
   • Documents: Please ensure all the relevant enclosures are scanned, and uploaded. All documents mentioned below are mandatory documents.
   • Annual Expenses- The detailed of total fee structure has to be provided- both academic fees & living expenses. Care has to be taken to ensure that refundable/caution deposits have not been included in the amounts filled in this section.
3. Once you complete the section, you have the option to continue to the next section clicking on 'Save and Continue'.
4. If you chose to 'Save and Continue', you can login and complete the form later using the Login button on the homepage. The Students email id & password will be needed to authenticate and access the application form.
5. When you login, you will be taken to a dashboard which will indicate the sections which need completion
6. You also have to upload supporting documents. Please ensure all the relevant enclosures are scanned, and uploaded. All documents mentioned below are mandatory documents. Your application will not be processed in case any of these are missing:
   • Photograph
   • Class X mark sheet
   • Class XII mark sheet
   • Mark sheets of all your previous years/semesters incase you are applying for either 1st, 2nd 3rd of 4th year of a Graduate course, or your Graduation mark sheet incase you are applying for a Post Graduate course
   • Latest College Admission Letter/ Fee Receipt/ Student ID Proof/ Bonafide Certificate
   • Institute estimate of expenses for the year 2019-20/Fee Structure
   • Total course fee receipts for 2019-20
   • Income proof
   • Please ensure that the scanned documents are legible. In case you have multiple documents to upload, then please make pdf & upload a pdf file. The file size under each header should not exceed 1 MB
7. After filling up all the relevant details in the form, please click on Summary. This will show you a preview of your details as filled in application form. 
   • Check all filled details on the Summary screen. While previewing your form, if you wish to change any of the details, click on particular section and change your details
   • If you have filled all details completely, click on Submit.
8. You will get email on registered email id which say Your application is submitted, after you submit the application.
9. Last date for submitting Fresh Applications and supporting documents is October 31st, 2019.
